SIGN THE PETITION:
TO PROTECT THE ENVIRONMENT,
REJECT BRETT KAVANAUGH FOR THE SUPREME COURT

Donald Trump's Supreme Court nominee, Brett Kavanaugh, would be a disaster for our environment if confirmed.

His record is as lopsided as they come. At almost every opportunity, he sides with industry and big polluters over protecting the environment.

He rejected an EPA rule that air pollution can be regulated across state lines. He struck down part of a ban of hydrofluorocarbons set in place by the Obama administration. And he has written that the EPA should consider costs to the industry prior to regulating air pollution.

We must stand firm against Kavanaugh, and every effort to dish out favors to special interests at the expense of our health, protecting our clean air and water, and reversing climate change.
