Sign the Petition: Urge Congress to guarantee equal pay for equal work.

Equal pay for equal work. It’s basic fairness.

Unfortunately, in the United States, it’s not a reality. On average, American women earn significantly less than men doing the exact same job – 81 cents on the dollar.

This wage gap exists in all walks of life. No one is immune to it – professionals with advanced degrees, retail and service industry workers, and even our world champion U.S. Women’s National Soccer Team.

It’s time to end wage inequality and discrimination. It’s time for Congress to guarantee equal pay for equal work – regardless of gender.

Sign the petition: tell Congress to pass laws guaranteeing equal pay for equal work.
